In order for the customer to avail return on their products, we have a 5 day return policy. If we do not receive return or a confirmation of return within 5 days, we shall not be able to take returns.
In order to be eligible for returns, the item (s) shall have to be unused, not damaged and package receipt along with original invoice shall need to be sent back. It should be in its original packing.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Customized Orders.
We shall require a receipt or proof of purchase for completing the process of return. We do not have a partial return policy.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your return, we shall inspect it for damages, wearability, etc. We shall send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please note that we shall also inform/ notify you regarding approval/ rejection of your return application.
We shall process your refund if your application is approved and credit your registered bank account or card account with the refund within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
In case you haven’t yet received a refund, kindly first check your bank account again.
Second step is to contact your bank, many a times it might take some time to process requests or refund amounts.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 42,43 Mardia Plaza,Below HSBC Bank, Chimanlal Girdharlal Rd, Ellisbridge, 380009 Ahmedabad GJ, India.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
